For example lots of more traditional anarchist communists really liked DoD, as did lots of conservationists - the magazine was big enough that very few people read all of it - peoplejust read the bits they liked and ignored the rest. But, DoD has also been really liked by all sorts of other people who often didn't like each other at all. Although it had a wider circulation than this, it was largely produced with this audience in mind.
